These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website ecavisto.com, owned and operated by Ecavisto Educación Financiera S.A.S., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, RUC 1793214508001, with registered office in Quito.
1. Purpose of the site
Ecavisto is an educational website about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador. Its content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a public offering, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a recommendation of any specific product, platform or developer.
2. No regulated financial activity
Ecavisto does not operate as a bank, brokerage house, investment adviser or crowdlending platform. We do not receive funds from the public and we do not intermediate loans. Any actual investment activity you may pursue is your sole responsibility and must be executed with entities duly authorised in Ecuador.
